Solar Panel Installation

Do What Works For You

Solar panels are usually installed on the roofs of homes, garages, and outbuildings. The best location for solar panels is on a south-facing roof with a slope between 15 and 40 degrees.  South-facing roofs receive the most sunlight, which generates more electricity.  If your roof doesn't face the right direction, you can consider surface mounted panels or pole mounted panels.

Ground Mounting Your Solar Panels

Ground-mounted solar energy systems are also an alternative to rooftop solar installations.   Ground-mounted panels can be strategically placed and tilted to maximize sun exposure, often achieving better efficiency compared to roof-mounted panels that might be limited by roof angles or shading.

Roof Mounting

Roof-mounted solar panels are a popular way to generate electricity by harnessing the power of the sun. They're installed on the rooftops of buildings, homes, or other structures.  Servicing roof-mounted solar panels can present some challenges, but it's not necessarily inherently difficult if proper considerations are made during installation and maintenance planning.
